Dr. Anthony Giannoumis
Anthony is the CEO of Inclusive Creation and a motivational speaker on inclusive leadership. His keynote showcases the greatest challenge CEOs can overcome to lead inclusively, and the seven lovely wins that your MBA didn’t teach you about diversity.
He is the co-founder of Inclusive Creation and creator of the Inclusion Game. He is the mind behind the 4 fundamental principles of universal design. He is a lifetime diversity and inclusion advocate, a beloved mentor and reverse mentor, and the winner of numerous awards from the United Nations for his inclusive innovations. He is the author of a modest 50 scientific articles on inclusive design and he was the founder of the EQUALS-EU network for gender-inclusive innovation, which represents over 24 countries.
Anthony has been the recipient of over 11 million Euro worth of research and innovation grants, and as you can imagine, he was the last picked for gym class.
Anne Igeltjørn
Anne is an award-winning social entrepreneur and the Chair of the Board at Inclusive Creation. She has led international projects with budgets exceeding 2 million EUR, and has been recognized by UN as leading innovator in universal design of ICT. As a serial entrepreneur, she has the expertise to identify opportunities where others see only challenges. She has a Master and Bachelor's degree from Oslo Metropolitan University with a focus on universal design and human-computer interaction.
Her background includes a diverse range of professional interests including music production, accounting, financial management, and business management. During her professional career she has emerged as a young leader in her field. She has previously worked as a research assistant at Oslo Metropolitan University with a focus on Human Computer Interaction and Universal Design of ICT.
She’s won top prize at multiple international hackathons, and was a speaker at two panels during the Internet Governance Forum in 2019.
Regont Arnori
Regont is Partner & Project Manager at Inclusive Creation. He is passionate about inclusive design, brand building, visualization, and storytelling and has a 10-year career in the IT industry.
He is an expert in Universal Design of ICT and his specialization lies in building Universally Designed solutions by understanding and embracing human diversity.
He has been an invited speaker in conferences centered around Inclusive Design and is author of articles encompassing assistive technologies.
Regont has led several externally projects and is presently facilitating the Zero Project Scaling Solutions Programme.
Sumita Kunashakaran
Sumita Kunashakaran serves as the Chief Inclusion Officer at Inclusive Creation, a role that reflects her dedication to driving inclusion and equity. With a wealth of experience in international advocacy and policy, Sumita brings a global perspective to her work. She previously held the position of Advocacy Lead at the Disabled People’s Association (DPA) in Singapore, where she championed policy matters concerning marginalized communities. Sumita's advocacy work extended to international platforms, as she led the working group for Singapore's inaugural parallel report for the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
She has also contributed to publications for Universal Periodic Review (UPR) processes, Gender Equality Reports, and position statements on policy and legislative issues. In addition to her advocacy endeavors, Sumita possesses academic qualifications, including an M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh and a B.A. in Sociology from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. Her diverse background also encompasses research in Terrorism and Security, which has been featured in the Contemporary Security Policy journal. Sumita Kunashakaran is truly dedicated to advancing inclusivity and positive change on a global scale.
